NETGEAR Labor with Dignity

NETGEAR promotes equal, humane treatment within the company as well as at our suppliers. We work with our employees and partners closely to resolve any issues on recruitment, working hours, compensations, discrimination, and freedom of association, hence ensuring a respectable working environment internally and externally.

In addition, NETGEAR has a zero tolerance policy for both forced labor and human trafficking. In an effort to support the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB657), the UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015, and to confront slavery, NETGEAR has committed to assess risks related to our supply chain and its direct commercial suppliers, and evaluate suppliers’ compliance with the NETGEAR Supplier Code of Conduct via periodic audits. For details, please refer to our Statement Regarding the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 and the UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015. Labor with Dignity is covered under our RBA guided audit program.
